Cancellation and rescheduling

Call or text us as soon as possible if plans change. Any cancellation charge, deposit treatment, or rescheduling condition will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed or a deposit is accepted.

What is and is not included

Your quote covers only the checklist and priorities confirmed with you. Inside appliances or cabinets, laundry, linen changes, restocking, heavy buildup, construction residue, hazardous materials, mold, pests, high exterior windows, and specialized restoration are included only when specifically reviewed and approved.

Service concerns and corrections

If something within the confirmed cleaning scope was missed, contact us promptly with details and, when helpful, photographs. We will review the concern and determine an appropriate next step.
